Information

Postage:

1. Normal domestic postage is FREE.

2. Items will be sent in these pretty bubble-wrapped envelopes depending on the size of your order.

2. Items that are more fragile, not flat, like rings or some hair accessories can be sent in corrugated cardboard boxes to prevent damage during postage (with some additional costs)!
3. Photographs of actual items(before and in packaging) will be taken and sent together with a confirmation email for ALL orders before payment is made.

Collection Method:

Singapore

1. Normal domestic postage is free, and items will be bubble wrapped!

If you wish to receive via registered mail, there will be an additional fee of SGD 2.50.

2. Meet up at MRT station only, different charges apply. Please contact me for more details.

Other countries

1. Overseas postage fees will differ depending on country to be posted. (please check HERE)

2. Weight of order will be provided in confirmation email.

Payment Method:

1. Pay personally via meet up collection (only for orders in Singapore)

2. Direct Bank transfer. (Bank account details will be provided once order is confirmed)

3. Internet banking

4. Paypal (Only accept this method for oversea orders)

Terms and conditions: 

1. There is no minimum order.

2. All items are new and in stock.

3. All prices are in SGD.

4. Items will be posted once payment is received(for bank transfer/iBanking/paypal).

Photograph of item will be taken before wrapping and before it is sent to ensure it is in good condition and sent to your email address together with a confirmation slip.

5. Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received by 5 days.

6. There may be very very slight colour differences between the actual item and photograph shown, hence no exchanges will be offered for these differences.
7. Please look at the dimensions provided for the items carefully!  


Customizations and repair service:
1. Customizations and alterations are available upon request. Some examples include length alterations of bracelets or necklaces, changing earring hooks to suit sensitive skin etc.
2. Items that are bought from RaynebowSG can be repaired for FREE if you send it back (at your own cost) and be in a repairable state; contact me at my email for repairs! Fee only applies when replacement parts are required.


Remakes:
Remakes are available but depends on the availability of materials! Order might take a few days to a few weeks and different materials might be used for a similar design. Email me at raynebowsg@gmail.com for more information.
